This is the story of our daughter, who has been diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. She is the answer to many prayers, and the beginning of many more.
I must say that I'd never seen so many machines for one little person. You and Vic have shown grace and courage through all Katie's stages of life. She showed your true spirit of fighting for you, just as you fought for her!! I spill over in tears seeing her precious smile through all she faced. The pictures you have shared have shown how much each of you endured and how much each of you stood strong through each challenge. I knew Katie was a fighter, now I realize how much more a fighter she really was!! Her determination grew out of the love, courage and inspiration of her precious parents. Oh my dear Kristan & Vic, please know our hearts, love and prayers continue daily for you.. All three of you are such beautiful examples of love, faith and courage.
